By accessing or purchasing from SoftKey Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Licensing

All license keys sold on SoftKey Store are genuine Microsoft license keys. Each key is intended for use on the number of devices specified in the product description (typically 1 device). Keys are non-transferable once used unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

License keys are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant (within 1–5 minutes). SoftKey Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

4. Refund Policy

As our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer cash refunds once a key has been delivered. However, we have a comprehensive replacement guarantee. See our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Prohibited Use

• Reselling or redistributing purchased keys without authorization.
• Activating keys on more devices than licensed.
• Using keys in violation of Microsoft’s licensing terms.
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity on our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoftKey Store’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
