✓ We stand behind every key we sell. If your key doesn’t work, we will replace it — no questions asked.
Digital Product Policy
Since our products are digital license keys delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer cash refunds once a key has been delivered. However, we have a comprehensive replacement guarantee.
Replacement Guarantee
You are eligible for a free key replacement if:
- The key is invalid or returns an activation error.
- The key has already been used by someone else.
- The key does not match the edition you purchased.
- Microsoft has revoked the key due to an error on our end.
How to Request a Replacement
Contact our support team at support@softkeystore.com with:
- Your order number
- The key you received
- A screenshot of the activation error (if applicable)
We process replacement requests within 1 hour during business hours.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are issued only if we are unable to provide a working replacement key within 24 hours. In that case, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
